“Businesses, even the SMEs are embracing the change much faster than we imagine. I now buy my vegetables online not from the supermarket but from the farmers market. The farmers themselves instantly take images of what’s available, share it over WhatsApp and my order is delivered. This is happening right now because of the MCO. This is a far more pragmatic way of doing business and it will work even after the MCO.”
