Overview

Role: To deliver the Strength & Conditioning Program, to enable the team to achieve maximum success in every game and competition they participate in. You are also required develop your knowledge as a coach through continuous CPD. You may also be required to work with other age groups as and when required.

• Full Time / Part Time:  Full Time

• Contract Type:  Fixed Term

 

Requirements:

• Professional football coaching qualification at Level 2 Licence level or higher.

• Level 3 Personal training qualification

• Demonstrable, strong knowledge of football in terms of fitness, injury prevention/rehabilitation and player development.

• Previous experience working within youth development.

• Highly self-motivated with the ability to motivate others.

• Enthusiasm and willingness to be flexible in approach to achieve targets and successful outcomes.

• Pro-active and engaging style in order to motivate players other staff members.

• A positive mindset and approach.

• High work commitment and change champion.
