PJ City FC coach P. Maniam is afraid of Penang striker Casagrande. Both teams will face off in today's Super League clash at the MBPJ Stadium.

Penang, who won the Premier League last season, have surprised the form book with their enterprising performances this season. They are fourth in the standings with 15 points and have been unbeaten in their last six matches under coach Tomas Trucha.

And Casagrande has been the man behind Penang's promising season. The Brazilian has scored four goals in their last three matches, including the late equaliser in the 1-1 draw with Sabah last week.

Maniam said Casagrande has been instrumental in Penang's fine run. "The Panthers are strong, and they are not an easy team to beat. They have good foreign signings, who have scored many goals this season."Casagrande is very dangerous, and we cannot give him space tomorrow," said Maniam.

PJ City are seventh with 10 points but have been winless in their last three games.

They also need solutions in attack as their top marksman Darren Lok is injured.

"My players need to play to instructions and avoid making mistakes tomorrow," he added.
